⟦ “Eldad se l'è cercata” è stata la frase che più ha attirato la mia attenzione in un video della “manifestazione” degli studenti della scuola #HofHacarmel nel kibbutz #MaAganMichael contro il loro preside, Eldad Porat.
Stavano manifestando perché lui aveva osato suggerire agli insegnanti di tenere una discussione in classe sulla violenza dei coloni, basandosi sui dati di un rapporto di #BTselem.
Quella frase è stata pronunciata da una studentessa della scuola – una scuola pubblica regionale – rispondendo ad un insegnante, mentre lei filmava i suoi entusiasti compagni di classe che cantavano “Che il loro villaggio bruci” e “Che vinca l'IDF; fanculo gli arabi”.
I ragazzi hanno bloccato l'ufficio della scuola e hanno chiesto che il preside fosse licenziato. ⬇️2

On how locals prepare for imminent attacks, the resident said there are “no options” but to remain “unwavering and steadfast” on their land.
“In Palestinian terms, our feeling is that death is inevitable, and may God accept the martyrs and grant them peace,” she said. “For Palestinians, there are no options: to stay or to stay.”

This is what #genocide looks like in the 21st century: not only in scale or method, but in how it’s normalized. But despite Israel’s propaganda, people in the US and around the world have recognized what’s happening. A growing movement of citizens is rising, not only against the genocide, but against the system that enables it. That system must be named: a regime of violent control over millions marked as inferior. Giustamente, per i palestinesi anche una marcia minacciosa di pochi israeliani armati e mascherati, con una mandria di mucche e un fuoristrada davanti a una fonte d'acqua, un oliveto o un accampamento di tende palestinese, o intorno alle case di una comunità, è un attacco terrificante.
Il loro scopo, come quello degli attacchi sanguinari, è quello di allontanare le persone dalla loro terra per il prossimo orgoglioso avamposto ebraico.

Il soldato ha portato i due bambini all'angolo di una strada, dove un residente locale li ha visti sdraiati a terra, coperti di polvere e in lacrime, mentre uno dei soldati premeva il ginocchio sullo stomaco di Adam.

@publicnewsfeed Each people have two-sides to them. The country called #Israel has many of the amenities that #Europe , #Canada & #USA have. It protects Muslim, Christian & minority religious groups. However, #Zionism has inherited a traumatic black-and-white picture from Fascism & Nazism, which has encouraged violence & a form of Jewish supremacy.
