So, I have been 'out' and socially transitioned for about a year now but
Today i will be going to a local vigil for #BriannaGhey #briannagheyvigil and honestly im scared
It will be the first time in a high(ish) profile public event - never thought I would be welcome at pride!
So yea scared
I went to the #BriannaGheyVigil in London. I'm so crap at these things. I'm not a fighter, I can't chant for justice and shout about terfs. I just want to curl up in a ball and cry.
I didn't transition to fight a culture war, I transitioned to be happy and that is so fucking hard to find right now. Nothing will let me just be.
Instead I get to be frightened for my life and my future, and practice hard at not having a breakdown on the tube home.
Must be at least a couple of hundred people, and at least one news crew, in Sackville Park, #CanalStreet #Manchester for the #BriannaGheyVigil, with more queueing to get in. #BriannaGhey
