    I've continue working on this project for this past few months, mostly iterating on the refactor that I mentioned here. It has allowed me to add bushier trees and better overlays. These overlays now include the sides of the blocks as you can see in this screenshot.

    I would also start using #blockmap as a hashtag so that I can more easily find my posts in the future.
