I could save this for Caturday, but it was #NotCaturday when this happened. So… This is our 3-legged giant #BashBlackCat hanging out in front of our #Cicadas2024 tree in the front yard yesterday ~ Monday, May 13th, 2024.

Our 3-legged gentle giant #BashBlackCat is feeling pretty special in his own chair in the sun room on this #Caturday, March 2nd, 2024. Pic: Bash sitting on a patio chair in the sunroom with temps in the mid 50’s. By Monday, we’ll be up into the mid 70’s F here in Olney, IL.

Neither #BlackCatBart nor #BashBlackCat is a fan.

@swest6602 an old Air Force compadre of mine (Chelsie) - found, rescued, fostered & socialized him until he was 8 wks old. She named him Bart. We picked him up in Durham, NC, (it had been 30yrs since I had seen Chelsie in person back in ‘92 in the UK). He came home to Olney, IL. He fetches toys (truly fetches) all day long, chases “ghosts” and is a total ham & acrobat. Our Bart also has a #blackcat brother: #BashBlackCat. I’m sorry to hear about your Bart. He was a handsome guy.

Somehow Bart wound up in here too… I suspect operator error. Bash is on the left and is huge and has 3 legs and trademark white whisker on the right side of his face. Bart has 4 legs and a trademark light colored lip on the right side of his face. #BlackCatBart #BashBlackCat
