...and it is barrels! We can put barrels on trucks now. Todo: different types of barrel, trackside "depos" provide those and auto0load them onto the train, then trackside businesses do the reverse, unloading the barrels they want, and paying according to their type.

I just watched this video on making wine barrels in France and now I want a glass of wine. They got into some technique/process, but also got into how it influences the flavors in the wine and spirits that later inhabit those barrels.
I thought it was really interesting, especially since I'm not a wine person; I usually prefer beer and spirits.

Took the opportunity to build up the gravity stands for the #rain #barrels so there would be more water pressure in the hose, and trimmed the gutter pipes for the new height. The #rainbarrels provide #water for the backyard #gardens including the #blackberry bramble and #strawberry patch. They also serve as an emergency water supply if we need it of 120 gallons.
