I understand your point. I havn't heard RuPaul make any statements re fossil fuels. Perhaps he doesn't care or doesn't want to get involved. Shame on him.
When I lived in fracking country I owned my mineral rights, and was constantly pestered by oil companies wishing to buy them. I refused.
Others weren't so lucky. Their lands were forcibly, legally fracked leading to water pollution, land subsidence, other serious problems. No recourse.😢
