I finally found someone that could help me with that #BaiduCloud and Chinese phone number thing.

Turns out you don't need a Chinese mainland phone number after all. You need to be able to read Chinese to manage to sign up through their app instead of the website though. The App allowed other phone numbers (at least one from Malaysia was allowed through it).

So if anyone of you has the same issue, just download the app and either get a 2nd phone to use the camera as translator or someone that
