At our regular Digital Lounges we often help people switch to linux by helping them get a decent linux installed.
We've started trialing on a different linuxOS being Aurora by Universal Blue (the team behind the Basite Gaming OS).
Anyone have experience using Aurora, epsecially in comparison to Fedora Atomic Kinote, we're looking for a new atomic style option, would love to hear people's experiences.

#auroraos Всё руки не доходят нормально поюзать Аврору. Аппарат у меня уже года два наверное. Всё из-за странной системы обновления. Недавно новая версия ос прилетела. Но тот же рустор туда не входит. Его всё еще нужно запрашивать отдельно. Сейчас запросил, может скинут куракод для его установки. Там вроде как браузер нормальный сделали. Но его нет в системе. Отдельно устанавливать.
Кто-то советовал присоединиться к бета тесту и запросить свежий девайс. Я попробовал. Не ответили.

Huawei: Linux-based Sailfish OS as Android replacement?
Aurora OS indeed is a Sailfish OS fork. It is based on open-source Sailfish OS mobile Linux operating system, made by Finnish company Jolla.
Known for privacy and security SFOS could prove beneficial for Huawei which can utilize the very trait for its smartphones.
Sailfish OS is also known to be compatible with Android apps as well.

The Russian operator #Rostelecom announced that the Russian version of #SailfishOS will be rebranded as #AuroraOS. The name change doesn't affect the global version distributed by #Jolla.
