Just tried to use new #NHS #Anima booking system. The joys of linear tree structure logic, drop down fields that don't include an "other" option, inaccurate error messages, incorrect information and no workarounds; culminating in a message to "Call the practice" who then say that you have to use the Anima system(!). Result - F.A. achieved. #AsTheProphetsForetold
