I highly recommend the EMBO Lab Leadership workshops which are being held Sunday-Tuesday morning.

I attended these years ago and have used many of the techniques in running my own lab and in assisting junior colleague overcome some leadership challenges.

Incredible materials developments at #MRS22 and fantastic cell biology at #ASCB. I might have been the only person at both conferences, tho. I love playing at that interface but it feels lonely sometimes. Is purpose-driven, basic science a thing?
