While that may sound nice what that requires is #massSurveillance of all payments, which is highly unethical, and goes against #Article12 of the #UNCharter, the #RightToPrivacy.

The most ethical way to acheive balance is to have a #LandTax that goes up exponentially the more land one owns, based on Improved value of land. Also known as Georgism because it was popularised a century ago by Henry George in 'Progress and Poverty'.

What needs to be emphasized to show that #EUCopyrightDirective backfires:
It does not actually help content creators, but big (US) companies selling upload filters and collecting socities.
