Nick 'Kalamatee' Andrews has been working on porting AROS to the RISC-V architecture over the past few weeks. The builds are now stable and include all the latest AROS features, such as USB 3.0 and support for NVIDIA drivers, right up to Blackwell GPUs.

AROS for macOS: Macaros 0.2.1
Macaros packages AROS as a native Apple Silicon Mac application. AROS runs as an arm64 process, presents the Wanderer desktop in a Cocoa/Metal window and uses macOS for display, sound, networking, clipboard and access to shared files.
Version 0.2.1 optimizes clipboard usage. For later, a translation layer is planned to run also 68k software.

AROS for Raspberry Pi 3
AROS developer 'bsek' has now made a version for the Raspberry Pi 3 available at the title link as part of the operating system's "Nightly Builds". Both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of AROS run on the device.
Network and 3D acceleration are already supported; the plan is for both variants to run stably on Raspberry Pi versions 2 through 4 with network, audio and 3D graphics.

PlaySID-GUI provides AROS with a new graphical interface for playing SID music files. The tool uses Mihaly Horvath’s cSID player as its playback backend, a cross-platform command-line SID player based on the code from the jsSID project. cSID is not included in the archive, but is available separately for download.
