Plenty are dumb and/or #apathetic, but I don't think that's our problem. There's evidence that plenty of #Republicans actually like what their party is doing, and literally want a #fascist strongman leader to take over, and end politics.
A significant number of people are #RightWingAuthoritarianFollowers. They may seem crazy or stupid when judged against our own values, but they are neither. And we underestimate them at our peril.

What happens to the human body when you get sick?
Your brain activates sickness behavior and reorganizes your body’s priorities to defense. The first thing you notice is that your energy level drops and you get #sleepy. You feel #apathetic, often #anxious or down and you lose your #appetite. Your sensitivity to pain is heightened and you seek out #rest. All of this serves to save your #energy and reroute it into your #immune #response.
Also, the best way to boost your immune system to protect yourself against disease. I don’t want to spoil it but it’s #vaccines. Vaccines are one of the best things humans have ever invented.

You got pro-biotics...which are good for you.
You also have anti-biotics which are also helpful.I've heard being indifferent about biotics can be deadly though.
