On October 11, we are gathering in Amsterdam for UNIDOS POR COLOMBIA—an unforgettable evening filled with music, dance, Colombian food, live entertainment, connection, and above all: a meaningful cause. This is more than just a night out. Behind this event lies a greater mission: to support the people and animals affected by the devastating earthquake in Colombia. By attending, you help organizations and communities working directly in the affected areas, providing aid, care, and support to those who need it most. You will also see exactly where your support goes. Throughout the evening, we will connect live with three organizations currently active in the affected regions of Colombia, allowing you to hear firsthand from the people on the ground about the impact of their work.

El 11 de octubre nos reuniremos en Ámsterdam para *UNIDOS POR COLOMBIA*: una velada inolvidable llena de música, baile, comida colombiana, entretenimiento en vivo, conexión y, sobre todo, una causa significativa. Esto es más que una simple salida nocturna. Detrás de este evento hay una misión mayor: apoyar a las personas y animales afectados por el devastador terremoto en Colombia. Al asistir, ayudas a organizaciones y comunidades que trabajan directamente en las zonas afectadas, brindando ayuda, atención y apoyo a quienes más lo necesitan. También verás exactamente a dónde va tu apoyo: a lo largo de la noche, conectaremos en vivo con tres organizaciones que operan actualmente en las regiones afectadas de Colombia, permitiéndote escuchar de primera mano, por parte de quienes están allí, el impacto de su labor.

Martin’s Monthly Pencil Parlour is a monthly live model drawing workshop. Bring your own materials!
Every month, Martin Draax picks a new theme and invites a model who poses in dynamic action poses. These could be dancers, cosplayers, or athletes, for example. Sometimes nude, sometimes in costume. Always tasteful. The most fun drawing salon in Amsterdam!
The poses range from very short (1 minute) to medium-long (20 minutes). Martin plays thematic music on vinyl and guides you through the afternoon. Bring your own materials: a pencil and 20 sheets of paper is enough, but anything goes of course. Martin will bring thematic music on vinyl and will also teach you some tricks and methods – the more often you come, the better you’ll get! Beginners welcome.

20:00 TRAUMA PARTY
Underdog children of the digital era, but struggling to cope with what's required to live in it: superficiality and lack of humanity and empathy, downgrading of human emotions, feelings, creativeness, individuality and real connections. This struggle is downright traumatizing. Hence we came up with our own concept called the TRAUMA PARTY: it's not only music, it's words, language, images, vibes, feeling, movement. It's a ritual that allows yourself to FEEL and BEING HUMAN again despite the system being built to make it harder and harder for you: it's catharsis and therapy through dance and music, facing your traumas and the hurt that living like this gave you and SWEATING IT OUT OF YOUR BODY. Thriving in the contradiction and imperfection of being human through creating art that faces the contradiction of the system and self-destroying mechanisms and dynamics we jailed ourselves in.

Based on the early chapters of the legendary 16th-century Chinese epic Journey to the West, the film centers on Sun Wukong (the Monkey King). Born from a magical stone, Sun Wukong possesses supernatural strength, a cloud that lets him fly across the heavens, a size-changing staff, and a famously mischievous streak that leads him to single-handedly rebel against the Jade Emperor's celestial bureaucracy.
If Sun Wukong feels familiar, you aren't imagining things! He is the direct cultural and mythological blueprint for Son Goku in Akira Toriyama’s iconic franchise Dragon Ball. From Goku's monkey tail, magical extending staff, and flying nimbus cloud to his playful defiance and love for a good challenge, the DNA of the Monkey King lives on in modern anime.
Released in two parts starting in 1961, Havoc in Heaven was directed by Wan Laiming and produced by the pioneering Wan brothers at the Shanghai Animation Film Studio. The film brilliantly blends traditional Chinese folk art with the dynamic choreography, face-painting motifs, and percussion-heavy soundtrack of Peking opera.
