The Late Show had Ali Macofsky on the show last night. She's a comedian. She's funny-ish.

There was a missed opportunity with her comedy.

She says that she watches a lot of murder shows, and one of the things she learned was to not start her day "like any other day." That's because when you start your day like any other day, you're going to be murdered.

So she said that she started her day by looking straight into the sun for a few minutes, and then ran around naked. Lucky for her, she wasn't murdered. Then she goes on about how happy she is that it did not happen.

This, in my book, was a missed opportunity.

I'd have written it this way:

"So far, I haven't been murdered. No, but I've had the cops called on me. Don't worry, they obviously did not kill me, or even harm me. You know. I'm white."
