I'm thrilled to announce the availability of Agile Fluency Game workshops—in-person AND remote!

If you're not familiar with it, the Agile Fluency Game is this neat hands-on experience where you simulate the first 2½ years on a new development team. It's a euro-style board game that's actually fun on its own, but it's also a very powerful learning experience. I created it with Arlo Belshee in 2012 and I've been refining it ever since.
