if #blind people are trying to use the desktop version of the #aira app from @AiraVI and can't get their usb headsets with boom mics to recognise the mic is enabled, meaning agents can't hear them, it's a bug Aira app devs know about. apparently some people with wired USB headsets with integrated mics get this problem, some don't. work around is to use a separate mic if you have one. seems the app doesn't like the headset mic combo that's so common. #a11y #aira #accessIssues
