We’ve expanded our Visual Interpreter toolkit to better support the tasks you use the most.

Now, all Aira VIs are trained to assist with core PDF editing tasks like:

- Filling forms
-Adding e-signatures
- Inserting text or comments
- Navigating your own PDF editor remotely

Need more advanced assistance? We've licensed a small group of VIs with Adobe Acrobat to support:

- Editing existing text
- Merging, compressing, or converting files
- Creating new PDFs from scratch

You can connect with these specialists by selecting “Adobe Acrobat” under “Customize Your Call,” available 6AM–6PM PT.

I am happy to see that The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University recently launched their Curv Microdentials. It was great that through CivicActions I was able to help support the creation of these new accessibility credentials.
