Had an awesome longrun this morning, and last training run before race season starts. I decided to combine Runna scheduling with Aaptiv workouts this year and I'm really enjoying it.

Finally believe I found a great workout app called #Aaptiv where the trainers actually do a good job at describing what they are doing. So far it looks like it works well on the android and the IPhone. For those that are interested in exercises and workout stuff there is a yearly fee if you wish to try it out. There is also a trial period. I can't tell you what the actual amount is since I get a discount through #Amazon

I sent out emails to the #privacy officer listed on different tech companies Privacy Policy pages, asking them to delete ALL data they hold about me.

Two so far (#Aaptiv, #VKontakte) asked me to email them a Government Issued ID. 😬 Not sure I will do that.
