@runjaj Lo de no embalarme en la salida lo aprendí "hard way" en el 20k de montaña de hace un año. ¡Gracias por el recordatorio!
Suelo dejarme llevar en 10K y menos. Si estoy en forma, me sale bien. Si no, tampoco es catastrófico. Pero en un #21k hay que tener mucho cuidado.
Llegar muy temprano es un sacrificio extra, porque vivo a 35km del centro. Lo mejor es que el pectoral se recoge con antelación y no hay que perder tiempo en colas para ello en la salida. Apunto las del baño y ropero 👍

Es mi primera vez en un evento tan tumultuoso (+5000) y cualquier consejo que tengáis a bien darme lo leeré encantado. También os iré preguntando dudas concretas que me vayan surgiendo.

Far from my best times, but hey it’s a #21K on a random Saturday, so I’m fine with it :)
And yet, even the thought of ever making the distance twice in a single run, makes every muscle in body twitch in denial. 😜
