People always get excited about views of vineyards-- they can have a certain aesthetic appeal, but when they cover large areas I just tend to wonder if something more useful could be grown there (food, herbs, flowers- literally anything 😆 )... then if they are monocultures (they aren't always) I think they could have a lot more species growing.. #booze #alcoholics #permaculture #SolarPunk #landscape #biodiversity

Gotta take a walk for some Irish whiskey today or tomorrow. I have resolved to make some Irish cream for coffees. I think it’ll cost about $22 to make the equivalent of about $40 in Bailey’s.
My kinda math! Also, I’ve had it homemade before — yum.
