Those are often smaller towns in rural regions. But Republicans often champion efforts to stop

After Washington and Arkansas were the first-ever states to remove barriers to community networks, we hoped for more... but we got Pennsylvania at least taking a small step in the right direction... Limits on community access are foolish but pushed by the big monopoly providers to restrict competition.
