So still waiting on my Grodziekie to condition and carbonate more… but I don’t know if I’m digging it.
I might try to dry hop directly in the keg or call it a learning experience. I knew this smoke style brew was going to gamble regardless.
The aroma of the smoked malt is almost overwhelming. I do remember this being a highly carbonated champagne-like style so perhaps that’s the key and just giving it more time to clarify in cold crash fridge.

Are all PH meter storage solution essentially the same and safe for most PH meters?

So b/c I’m not home and needed some growlers to fill for a few buddies I stopped at a local brewery and sold me a few half growlers (howlers?) at a decent price and a quick tour of their operation. :)
Young married couple self taught that slowly scaled up on their own.

Lot’s of positive feedback from my #homebrewing IPA and the raspberry Seltzer… but they did not kill the kegs. Guess it’s staying my sister’s for a bit.

The “Off Flavour Class” organized by https://gtabrews.ca was intense!
Sufficient to say my nose and mouth are very rookie!
There was approximately 12 samples of off flavours dosed in small quantities of Coors Light… as you can guess some were down right nasty (including the acid taste trick Molson Light at the end).

Time and budget prevented me from creating a proper jockey box, so I have to transport my whole keezer after a few tweaks.
I think I figured a quick a dirty hack to hold the CO2 tank in place

Manifold installed in my keezer; 5lbs CO2 tank swapped with a full one; forced carbed both but setting and forgetting until event at 15 psi🤞

Should help determine if my hazy is off or just flat. Still too rookie… but may have over killed on the campden :/

Not the 6% abv I was aiming for but the hazy is looking to have a FG of 1.009 (OG 1.050’ish… not placing too much faith in my used refactometer) so i think we’re above 5% abv at the very least.
My biggest concern is keeping my hazy in my Fermzilla at 10psi for another day or two in the basement until the hard seltzer I have clearing up after cold crash in my keezer.
(Yes, I’m flexing my new vocabulary and jargon) 🍺

CW: Disturbing amount of dryer lint.
Our dryer was scaling back heat because it could not exhaust out the heat. Should have replaced our hose long time ago.
No doubt a fire hazard
