    Here we go! #Jambalaya
    Kip, chorizo, bleekselderij, paprika, ui, tomaten in blokjes.
    Knoflook persen, rode peper in ringetjes. Bouillon, (gerookte) paprikapoeder, zout, peper, cayennepeper.
    Rijstsoort naar keuze in bouillon koken.
    Chorizo zachtjes bakken met klein scheutje olie. Uitlekken op keukenpapier.
    In dat vet de kip bakken, groenten- specerijen erbij.
    Wat bouillon van de rijst erbij.
    Chorizo en rijst toevoegen.
    Goed mengen, afmaken met peterselie.
    Eet smakelijk!

    Sometimes it's difficult to tell what the 'original' recording is.

    In 1958, José Prates recorded a track called "Nanã Imborô" that appears on his album Tam... Tam... Tam...! (1958, Polydor Brasil), which features the underlying melody and vocalizations later used by Jorge Ben in "Mas que Nada"; these motifs would be further highlighted by Sergio Mendes’ arrangement in his version of the song in 1966.
