I tried out #TeddyBench for the first time.

This tool is amazing. It reads the data from an SD card you took out of a #Toniebox, identifies all the figurines and let's you export the sound files.
I was initially skeptical, because it's only available for Windows, but it works fine on Linux with Wine.
Previously I used a small script to do the conversion myself, but I wasn't able to figure out the track markers. TeddyBench does that for me. 🙂

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh... 😱I've been on the edge of my seat for the last one and a half hours and it ends with a cliffhanger that's close to breaking me.
I want to know what'll happen next. And I really hope they can keep this up. Both seasons are really good and the less you know about it, the better. 🙂

And it's a wrap! I'm not sure if I like #TheRiseOfTheGoldenIdol as much as the first game or maybe a tad less, but putting that aside it's still an amazing puzzle game.
I managed to figure out the mystery of the red eyes last night when I couldn't sleep. But it took me quite a while to figure out the gaps in the last puzzle. Once I had the right name, it unlocked everything in a nice "holy shit" moment. Not as powerful as the the ending of the first game, but still surprising.

And I'm done with chapters 4 and 5 of #TheRiseOfTheGoldenIdol.
Surprisingly this wasn't the end. My intention was to push through and finish the game this evening, but there's a final final final scenario with multiple screens and over 80 words! I'm not going near that at this hour. 😅
I'm having so much fun. The game pulls off the same feeling of "hmm...I thought this fits, but what if I switch it with...OH MY GOD!!! That changes everything" that I loved in the first game. -
Finished the 3rd chapter of #TheRiseOfTheGoldenIdol. Especially for the end-of-chapter puzzle, I felt like having played the first game gave me a huge leg up. You need to identify certain symbols and even though I totally forgot what they were, I remembered the generalities.
There's way less murdering going on in "Rise", which makes some scenarios feel like "huh, so what?" at first. But the story is intriguing and I'm excited to see where it'll go in the end. -

I know all Disney movies practically tell the same story in a different dress...but I'm not immune to it.
Sometimes I just need to watch something hopeful, wholesome and fun.

I was messing with our old #iPad Air yesterday and I was wondering if there's anything similar to #Termux on it. I found #iSh which kinda works, but I was wondering about the packages that were pretty old. I installed iSh from the official AppStore, cause I can't use the AltStore on the version of #iOS that's running on the tablet. Does anybody know if the Testflight version comes with newer packages?
What else can I do with this brick? 😩 -

I tried some #BloodOmen this evening, or as I lovingly refer to it: "Loading - The Game". 😬
I have zero nostalgia, as I've already made more progress in the last two hours than I've ever done in the past.
Kinda enjoy the edgy gothic voiceover, but I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with it. The combat isn't very fun and the constant "loading" message is getting on my nerves. 😩 -

Finally! I feel like I made a real dent in #AnEnglishHaunting today. I think I'm not that far away from finishing the game, probably an hour more would do it. Hopefully I get to play the rest soon. I'm enjoying the story immensely.

This week I managed to plug a hole in my terminal workflow that's been bugging me for a while.
It's related to #NetFramework, #CodeCoverage and my stubbornness for not wanting to use Visual Studio anymore. 😬
I count this as part of the #30DayFossChallenge , because all parts of the solution are FOSS.
I didn't really replace anything proprietary with this, but I plugged another hole that removing Visual Studio (Code) left. 🙂

Yeah, new game. 💪
I'm kinda not in the mood for an animated VN like Zero Time Dilemma (and I'm 99% certain that I've finished it before).
Luckily I remembered that I have #Desperados 3 installed. I loved Mimimi's #ShadowTactics and have bought this ages ago. I wanted a "short" break from real time tactics, so...I kinda forgot about it.
It's just as great as I imagined it would be. 🤩
Only played two missions, but it's still fun to strategically dismantle a band of enemies.

I did it!
Well, mostly I just tried #Neotest again with #Neovim.
As it turns out, the plugin was actually working currectly. At least for the most part.
There's a summary pane you can toggle and run tests from there and that's working perfectly.
What's not working at all, is running tests from a file or "nearest" test from the cursor position.
I've already opened up an issue with the Neotest project on GitHub.
Other than that, I'm really happy with the integration. 🙂

I'm done with #Hitman Blood Money. Not too surprising, because all that was left yesterday was the epilogue.
I've now moved on to #ZeroEscape #ZeroTimeDilemma. After just a few minutes, I'm now certain that I've finished this once before, but I can remember absolutely nothing about it.
Well...bits and pieces are coming back to me, but not enough to piece everything together. I've remembered one late game reveal, but I honestly can't think of why it would be relevant. 😬

I've now moved on to #ZeroEscape #ZeroTimeDilemma. After just a few minutes, I'm now certain that I've finished this once before, but I can remember absolutely nothing about it.
Well...bits and pieces are coming back to me, but not enough to piece everything together. I've remembered one late game reveal, but I honestly can't think of why it would be relevant. 😬
