Are your internal feelings of direction aligned with compass north and 360° ? My first childhood sense was based on the front of the house I lived in, looking east. When I later learned about north I had to imagine lots of those little "front views" posted like icons in the overall north-based world I could only logically imagine in my head, not "see". Later I was forced to wear weird bifocal #PlusLensTheory glasses, and the little "front view" worlds I lived in expanded to way more than 360° - to bridge the perceived motion as I turned my head to the logical 360° I knew I should see. I suspect this mess contributed to my #aphantasia ... -

I went digital in 2000 and I'm fine with that. However, when I look through my albums, nothing beats those from my 70's #Nikkormat. I was a poor student and sold it, later getting a Pentax ME instead. Not nearly the same thing.

Someone gave me a box of marzipan from Istanbul. I also got baklava and lokum from Emeryville, from Simurgh bakery.

I thought the same thing, but then I found this nice gentleman (technically a deposed Moldovan prince) who agreed to handle all my finances for free!
All he needed was some basic info (Social, Account Numbers, etc) and he was good to go.
It sounded too good to be true, but he explained that he's also using my account to transfer his fortune outside the country.
Seems fair, right?

Preventing Foreign corporations & hedge funds from buying up housing & jacking up rents is an important piece. We need regs, incl a #VacancyTax, to curb that 💩
Also #Tacoma is still, incredibly, giving tax breaks to developers for building profitable market rate housing 🤦🏻♀️😖
