@gemelliz More smokescreen - implying that opening up the greenbelt will somehow provide housing for the many urban residents who desperately need it when it will mostly be profitable #McMansion's.
People needing housing can't afford to be commuting from places like #Clarington. As has been pointed out land isn't the problem.
