I am so useless when it comes to sleep... Never been good at it. My meds are meant to have a sedating side effect, but to be honest they make me SOOO tired but don't actually make me sleep 😅 if i get 4 hours sleep is a good night -
Hello #MadMonday peeps, it's still chilly here, way up north in a valley 10 miles from nearest small town. -7C at teatime in my back yard, it didn't get above -3C today. Has been -10C most nights recently 😱
But no snow here which I'm glad as we get some most years & after half hour of looking pretty, it makes life tough & the back lanes are a nightmare to drive.
So I'm very glad that the south is enjoying some snow & I can enjoy the photos without the hassle 😁 -

@purplepadma I Love to see videos of dogs being daft. My daughter spams me on Insta every day with 100 reels of soppy dogs. We have a rescue dog Joey (from #DogsTrust) who has a serious anxiety disorder, arthritis and bowed legs (due to previous fractures - no idea what happened to him before we got him). Also love sheep, cows, pretty much all animals tbh. Here's a pic of Joey looking super cute to make you smile. #MadMonday #MadDog #DogsOfMastodon

The #GPGP, #GreatPacificGarbagePatch is appalling when one gets a view of it. I wish that items that I wanted to purchase, like berries or mushrooms, were available in more sustainable packaging. A lot of Asia previously sold everything in folded leaves and now it's endless layers of plastic instead. Progress is a problem, in many cases. -

Jumping on trampolines is SUCH a full-body workout!! Another physical activity that I really enjoyed at one point is #WallClimbing. Depending on where you go, it can be pricey but once you start climbing it's a full mind and body experience. -

@MartinHowitt @purplepadma I was wondering the same. I didn’t actually know what it was until I did a quick google. Definitely something to explore. I’ve been using the portal app to help recently and have #loopearplugs coming for those days when it’s noisy in the open plan office but this feels like it’s more about getting you into a completely focused mindset to concentrate on your tasks.
