I am so useless when it comes to sleep... Never been good at it. My meds are meant to have a sedating side effect, but to be honest they make me SOOO tired but don't actually make me sleep 😅 if i get 4 hours sleep is a good night -

@staceyjean9 I have a list of them but tbh 80% of the people on it set up accounts here but rarely or never post so there is not much of a community going on. Im trying to get one happening by using the tag #MadMastodon and running a chat called #MadMonday but it’s slow going because most people really own set this up as a backup

Hello #MadMonday peeps, it's still chilly here, way up north in a valley 10 miles from nearest small town. -7C at teatime in my back yard, it didn't get above -3C today. Has been -10C most nights recently 😱
But no snow here which I'm glad as we get some most years & after half hour of looking pretty, it makes life tough & the back lanes are a nightmare to drive.
So I'm very glad that the south is enjoying some snow & I can enjoy the photos without the hassle 😁 -
