Progress report: Registered Staravia, Levanny, Ambipom, Lopunny, Mismagius, Lumineon. Going for the simple fodder still.
Filled out the gen3 boxes, gen2 and gen6 are already filled, lacking Mew and the birds for gen1, gen4 will be done once I evolve the other staravia and grind BP for the electrizer/magmarizer, after which I can focus on gen5.
I really didn't leave a lot left to complete back in 2016

Being back playing #pokemon #oras for a while again and filling up the remainder of the dex I definitely remember why I really enjoyed this entry and consider it a really solid one: There's a lot to do in the region after beating the game, and it ties in very neatly with postgame grinding. I think I've revisited just about every corner of the region just training new pokemon, visiting secret bases, farming berries and rebattling trainers, where in other games I'd just stick to one spot.

A few posts on reddit tipped me off to #unbricking services on #Telegram. I went on there, and against all my better judgement, decided to bite the bullet and pay such a person (it was cheap). They asked to #teamviewer into my machine... I cleaned up the little sensitive data on my windows partition and let them...
My phone is fixed now, and my windows is fine. They downloaded unlocktool.net, entered their credentials, asked me to hold a few buttons on my phone, and voila.
...what the fuck?

But as with anything, it's never easy and more of a people problem. The technology is there and widely employed by package managers such as dpkg, pacman, apk, etc...
It just never was an issue, as you'd spend more time compiling anyway. -
With the long awaited second movie coming out this July, give the original Twister some love on its release day anniversary today. Released in 1996, this scared the pants off every mid-west kid in the country and I can't wait to see how they top it.

Interesting #uted experience yesterday. Volunteering w/the PTA at kid's Elem book fair, a teacher from a well-resourced charter school came in. She was looking to purchase books (from her own $) as gifts for the kids in her 3rd grade class, and decided to raid the book fair at our Title I school of all the cheapest chapter books. Now, for the remainder of the book fair, mid-grade kids only have expensive books to choose from.
It's a nice thing to do for her kids, at the expense of our kids.
