Aaargh. Despite using stitch markers I have somehow managed to drop on stitch per row in the hat I am working on. Because the markers lured me into a false sense of security so I didn’t actually count. But I haven’t the will to undo it all and start again. Maybe only I will notice?

https://g0v.social/@nightside/116532518709863755昨天是第一次 #織友會 ，我和路邊結識的織友約在圖書館鉤織。雖然織友好像把我當成很厲害的前輩，但我遠遠不是啊；儘管如此，我們有一些相似的特質，例如：
- 沒有小紅書帳號。（在台灣鉤織界很難得）
- 因為是做給自己或親友使用，在意毛線的品質，想要用天然材質的毛線。
- 不安於完全照著織圖做，會想試試著自己的方式做出來如何。
- 會享受上述摸索時雖然做錯，但對作品結構更了解的樂趣。織友分享了很多她的線材（與在哪裡買）給我看！雖然在圖書館只能低聲說話，我們還討論起藝術（Art）和工藝（Craft）的差別，她一點也不覺得這個話題無聊！她甚至還邀我一起去學台灣廟會那種傳統的鼓，我還真的頗心動！
我覺得很開心～～～
期待這是一段健康的友誼。 -

Started 6 weeks ago, I worked on and off this, except the damn double border that I worked on solidly for the last three days!
I’m really happy with how this has turned out, it’s my first, big, complicated project.

I’m doing it a little differently, each stripe is going top to bottom instead of sideways. So I have the length of the blanket but not the width yet. Should be interesting. -

For #TextureTuesday and #WipWednesday a little summer jacket I'm working on with the most adorable vertical stripe pattern. This is from Ravelry called Fiia Shirt.

I had planned to work on restocking birds today, but then a hedgehog order came in and drained my concentration reserves, haha, so only got one bird done. It's something, though!
(Since I make an effort to not put the exact same beads next to each other and space out where the different varieties are placed, the hedgehogs require a lot more attention to detail as I'm stitching them than other makes.)
