  24. 2/2 ✂️ I have succeeded with these new approaches in Ferrari F1 Team (where they are needed to survive) and in ThoughtWorks ( @thoughtworks ) , the worldwide leader that pioneered these approaches. And I'm now training, mentoring, and advising other orgs to do the same.

  25. 1/2 🧶 I started my career in software development when the speed of tech evolution was accelerating exponentially (and still is, think about AI) & work was mainly an individual (white or blue collar) sport

    We had to reinvent the ways of working as a team sport, the tech practices as flexible/adaptable/reversible, and the organisation as an open social community with people (customers & employees) at its centre.
