I grabbed about 8 lbs of San Marzano tomatoes off the vine today. They didn’t like the heat the last couple of weeks and I had to compost some of the more sunburned tomatoes. I decided to pick as many tomatoes that were showing a bit of color before the heat comes roaring back. I’ll let them ripen inside.
