    Watching "Call My Bluff" from 1974 on , and on a modern flat screen LCD TV the technical quality of the picture (mostly focus problems and lens aberrations) is really shown up. Nobody would have noticed on the TV sets of the time.

    Disappointed in the BBC2 "University Challenge at 60" documentary not mentioning, even in passing, its origin in the US show "College Bowl" or acknowledging the long serving announcer Jim Pope (or Dom Murray-Henderson before him) whilst having a section on Roger Tilling. They did however seem to have a full copy of the original Granada version of the theme (Derek New's College Boy).
