If only the readers of the Daily Express had the right of freedom of movement to allow them to move to another European country to retire.
But the same Daily Express readers voted to deny that right to all but the very wealthiest of Brits. Certainly six out of ten British adults won't be rich enough to meet the criteria for a third country citizen to adopt permanent residence in, say, Spain when they retire. More like one in twenty.
