Feel like I’m lost in this pit of isolation and disability I’m missing out on sooo much🥺 I want to blast down a hill on a mountain bike again, go walking in the lakes exploring other countries be with my friends having fun most of all I want to work again I miss it.

So much is beyond me rn I can barely manage two dozen steps or one flight of stairs without needing a lie down and a while to catch my breath I’m exhausted 😩 I feel like a zombie
