Dr John Puntis of #KeepOurNHSPublic and Doctors in Unite was interviewed on LBC recently.
The private sector doesn’t train staff - it relies upon those who are so burned out that they look for work elsewhere.
Relying on the #privatesector to plug the gaps in the #NHS workforce will *worsen* our staffing problem, not improve it.
