For users affected by that, one of the proposed solutions is to use userscript instead or nightly with custom built extension, however there's a third option:

Clone #Vencord repo, revert a commit that made Vencord impotent (97b6699), build the extension

Then you can manually sign it through Mozilla's developer portal: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/developers/. Just make sure to choose an option for manual distribution rather than uploading to store. It should be auto-signed and you'll be able to install it[1/2]

seems that the increased number of nsfw accounts on mastodon is the result of #newtumbl sudden closing? judging by ‘tumblr refugees’ marks

newtumbl was an attempt to recreate tumblr after they killed nsfw. they had serious problems with moderation. they closed without any warning, just ‘goodbye’ (lol)

idk, nsfw accounts don't bother me, but I wish they would mark their posts with at least nsfw hashtag or by writing it in CW, just hiding pictures without any sort of warning is not cool >:(
