Два месяца назад меня оштрафовали за езду по автобусной полосе на Руставели. Сегодня я получил отказ в обжаловании штрафа: https://x.com/Alex0007lolpvp/status/1993411697852531063
Я ссылался на статью 43.2 которая позволяет двигаться по правой полосе в случае отсутствия вело инфраструктуры. В сегодняшнем ответе МВД сказано, что я ехал на электро самокате и приводятся ссылки на статьи про самокат (которому запрещено двигаться по ПЧ). Но я ехал на ВЕЛОСИПЕДЕ.
Теперь буду продолжать обжалование в судебном порядке.

Я ссылался на статью 43.2 которая позволяет двигаться по правой полосе в случае отсутствия вело инфраструктуры. В сегодняшнем ответе МВД сказано, что я ехал на электро самокате и приводятся ссылки на статьи про самокат (которому запрещено двигаться по ПЧ). Но я ехал на ВЕЛОСИПЕДЕ.
Теперь буду продолжать обжалование в судебном порядке.

@Alex0007 My #GooglePixel 5 battery looked even worse when it needed replacement at the beginning of this year (second time I've had to replace it).
I also stored it (powered off in a metal box) for a while, until I had time for the repair. In the meantime the battery had swollen this badly. Luckily the screen on my #Pixel5 survived the bending without any damage.

I learned today that if you have both a Garmin Edge and a Garmin watch, you can't automatically send heart rate data from the watch to the Edge when you start an activity. Before every ride, you have to manually enable the "Broadcast HR" option in the HR glance settings. This is really inconvenient.
