  4. 这个心率曲线太完美了!(Zone 时间划分可忽略,Growpal 的心率区间不准且不能修改…………

    目前执行的是5-6天训练:
    周一 Zone 2 (有时候会分成两次短的)
    周二 VO2Max interval
    周三 Zone 2
    周四 Zone 1-2
    周五 Zone 2
    周六 Zone 2-3
    其中周五六作为调节选项,可能周五踩了Zone 3 周六就休息了。

    VO2MAX 恢复到28.1了。

  7. For those who find this kind of stuff interesting: I did a running lab test to determine my actual heart rate zones.

    I ran with a mask on, on a threadmill. I started at 7km/h, and increased with 2km/h every three minutes.

    The Garmin zones are determined by %LTHR, as I run with a HR band.

    Attached are the differences between the real test, and Garmin's estimated values.

Well pleased with vo2 max at 44.2, not bad for someone almost 61 😁 Although my LT1 and LT2 estimations were out compared to the test which gave 140 bpm and 172 bpm, my last field test gave a higher reading so some adjustments needed there #running #vo2max #thresholdtest #runnersofmastodon #oldguysrule

These are relatively easy to measure and interpret (and much cheaper!). Ample human data exist, across all age ranges, in healthy individuals and patients, both sexes and different ethnicities. Curiously however, they are often neglected in contemporary discussions. Examples include #VO2max as a measure of cardiorespiratory fitness (and endurance capacity!), body composition (relative #muscle and #fat mass, as well as fat distribution), muscle #force and #power, the amount of leisure time physical activity, or frailty indices such as gait speed.
