The sad irony is that some of the most unforgiving and bitter people I've come across in the #a11y space are a11y consultants. They constantly complain about their customers. A11y is #changemanagement. It's psychology. People avoid change. It is frustrating. It is unfair and ignorant. But if you take this fight too personal instead of serious - and get so bitter that you can no longer meet people with curiosity, you should change careers - because you can no longer change people's minds.
