Dogs do elicit the spectrum of responses from other people. From terror to joy, I’ve seen it all. Most interactions are positive with occasionally neutral and rarer negative. Weird interactions can match to the three main ones. One of these is an older man who loves Sam and showers her with praise and always, always relays same story of his brother’s young #GermanShepherd pup being mauled to death by an American Pit Bull. He’s told me this 20+ times. I didn’t like the story the first time…

Dog Studies

So far, I haven’t started a proper sketchbook yet, but my current RPG notebooks are already filled with drawings and doodles. These are all the dogs I found in them.

I tried to draw most of them as quickly as possible to get a feel for their form. The two sleeping ones are both my own dog, drawn in more detail on different days.
