    I recently installed two plug-ins in #Zotero :
    - Zoplicate (github.com/ChenglongMa/zoplica), which is a big improvement on Zotero's native duplicate checker
    - Actions & Tags (github.com/windingwind/zotero-), which is very powerful (be careful!) and which I use to shorten some far-too-long journal names upon import

    Bash can be a lifesaver!

    I had a problem with citations in Zotero. Whenever I added a citation to my paper, sometimes the references got corrupted. I had to correct them manually.

    Finally, I decided to solve this problem. While searching for a solution, I saw Richard's solution (bsky.app/profile/rmcelreath.bs) and decided to write a Bash script to automate this approach.

    Now, I can get a corrected BibTeX file via this tiny Bash script.

    While I admire @ClnHz’s #PaperOfTheWeek idea, I am not sure I really properly read papers at all any more. Or very rarely. And summarising? It wont happen (for me)

    However, I skim read a lot, so instead, I’m going to more often pick one of the papers open in my #zotero tabs, and tell you it’s there.
