I suppose if there were NO queue, it would be like being jostled at a pub bar amongst a crowd, waving your money to attract the server's attention! On top of a mountain, that same scenario would be downright dangerous!

My first thought is, it would dilute the experience somewhat to have to share the moment with dozens of other people around. I suppose if there were NO queue, it would be like being jostled at a pub bar amongst a crowd, waving your money to attract the server's attention! On top of a mountain, that same scenario would be downright dangerous!

No sympathy at all sorry. It's great what they've done for their charity but it doesn't give them special permission to barge past all the other people queuing patiently, who have also just climbed the same mountain as them. #YrWyddfa
