Panicha Kanyana and Anucha Chaipha were suspended from #YPCPrecision after their union #Thailand Autoparts and #MetalWorkers #Union (TAM) organized 400 workers in 2023. YPC transferred 38 unionists, refused them overtime. Trade unionists were threatened with temporary contracts and outsourced workers were brought in.
