I'm attending a Zoom conference on #YiddishStudies today. Some of the panels are entirely in #Yiddish. And I'm listening and understanding without the need for subtitles. I'm very proud of myself. (I can't converse in Yiddish, but I can understand it, apparently. I hadn't tested my ability before.)
