Final per-precinct data for #YesOnI135 are now available. In the final data, "Yes" on social housing in Seattle pulled away, winning by 14 points.

Yes: 53,824 (52.82%)
No: 48,085 (47.18%)Total turnout: 21.23% of registered voters.
King County Elections expects a total turnout of about 33%, but the first ballot drop is cause for optimism. #WAelex
