Yes on 50. I'd love for redistricting to be done independently, as California has done the entire time I've lived here, but you have to take Trump at his word when he says he'll have a third term, and Christians "don't have to vote again" after electing him in 2024.

Looking at PDI mobile, and seeing that a bunch of my neighbors who are likely Yes on 50 voters have not yet had their ballots counted. I'm going to be knocking on their doors this weekend to remind them to vote.
You can do the same once you'reset up to canvass with PDI mobile. Sign in, click 'outreach' then 'door to door' then 'get assignment' then 'canvass my current location'

California folks: if you have a Prop 50 mail-in ballot but haven't mailed it in yet, do it today. Please. I am begging you. It's literally the only question on the ballot and it'll take you like 30 seconds to fill out. Redistricting only happens if enough people vote for it by next Tuesday. #yeson50

Here's a #Voting pro tip for you all: Don't use a Sharpie on your mail-in ballot. 😬 The bleedthrough is pretty bad, and it could potentially rip the paper and render your ballot unreadable. Glad I caught this in time and completed it with a ballpoint pen instead.

Remarkably I was just playing back a portion of Monday’s POLITICRAT podcast and the Yes On 50 ad with AOC who appears in it and incredibly the same exact ad that I am playing on the podcast is on TV at the same time—and at EXACTLY THE SAME PART OF THE AD IN SYNCHRONICITY WITH THE SAME PART OF THE AD ON THE PODCAST!!!

@HumToTable If you're a Dem or a left leaning Indie like I am there is no choice, IMO, but to Vote #YesON50 in order to offset the ballot rigging efforts of #Drumpf & his minions in Texas &, even that may not be enough, because there are efforts in other #RedStates to gerrymander their districts to give the #Repubs & unfair advantage in the next election (either 2026 or 2028) depending on how soon it can be done. 😡
The No on 50 people are ridiculous to claim that doing this in CA will take away the right of the voters to choose because I heard no such complaint when Texas did it & the only reason Newsome sponsored the prop to do it here was because of that they did in Texas
So, it's only fair that we doing it on the other side here. 🤷♂️
