Cycling and getting fit
I'm back from my Wednesday bike ride.
33km out to Market Bosworth.
This is the furthest I've ridden since May 2018.
This year so far I've ridden more miles than in the whole of 2025.I felt like a proper cyclist - I was wearing my #YACF top!
I was really struggling on the hills but today's average speed was greater than last week. It was difficult to find a good pedalling cadence which probably shows a lack of fitness.I'm pretty happy with today's effort.
