New tubes!
Genalex Gold Lions replacing stock xDuoo in a TA-22. It might just be "brain says new thing is better because it's new thing", but I think I can tell an actual difference. Mostly the midrange seems to have "more body”.
At a minimum, they have more glow, which is also cool.

Also very intrigued by #VacuumTube ⚡️ Amps. #XDUOO makes some interesting hybrids. 🤓
